We are a new-age men’s fashion boutique focused on building a strong design identity in menswear (ethnic / contemporary / groom wear).
We are looking for one core designer who can lead the studio creatively and operationally, and grow with the brand from an early stage.
This role is ideal for a designer who wants to build something of their own, with real responsibility and decision-making power.

Role & Responsibilities

Design and develop men’s collections from concept to final product
Own the entire studio workflow (design, sampling, fittings, production)
Work closely with tailors, karigars, and vendors
Maintain quality, timelines, and design consistency
Contribute to brand identity, styling, and creative direction
Help scale the studio as the brand grows

Compensation

(Startup Structure)Fixed Pay 25,000 - 40,000 per month

Growth & Incentives

Performance-based bonus (₹1,000 – ₹50,000 annually)
Collection / project incentives
Sales-linked incentives on key designs or orders
Salary revision within 12 months based on performance
Opportunity to move into Head Designer / Creative Lead role
