Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and organized Fashion Designer cum Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Coimbatore store while also contributing to styling, garment management, and design support. The ideal candidate will combine strong fashion sense with retail management skills to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Fashion & Styling Responsibilities

- Assist brides and customers in selecting bridal outfits, lehengas, gowns, and occasion wear based on their preferences and body type.
- Provide styling advice including accessories, draping, and overall bridal look coordination.
- Work on minor design customizations, fittings, and alterations to ensure perfect garment fit.
- Coordinate with tailors and vendors for alterations, repairs, and garment maintenance.
- Maintain garment quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.
- Assist in curating new collections based on current bridal fashion trends.

Store Management Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations including opening/closing, inventory control, and rental tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of rentals, returns, and garment conditions.
- Ensure visual merchandising and store displays reflect the brand’s premium positioning.
- Supervise store staff, coordinate schedules, and maintain service quality.
- Handle customer queries, bookings, and in-store consultations.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth.
- Manage billing, POS operations, and reporting.

Customer Experience

- Deliver personalized consultations for brides and wedding parties.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat rentals and referrals.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications

- Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Fashion Technology, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in fashion retail, bridal wear, or boutique management.
- Strong knowledge of bridal fashion trends, fabrics, and garment construction.
- Experience in customer styling and fittings is highly preferred.

Skills Required

- Excellent fashion sense and styling ability.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Inventory management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of tailoring and garment alterations.

Preferred

Salary: Competitive salary based on experience + performance incentives.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
