**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Design Creation**: Develop original and seasonal designs for baby girls' readymade garments, considering style, comfort, safety, and trends.
- **Product Development**: Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are converted into high-quality products, adhering to size specifications and fabric choices.
- **Trend Analysis**: Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, particularly in the children’s clothing market, and incorporate them into design concepts.
- **Sketching & Technical Drawings**: Create detailed technical sketches and specifications for garment production, including measurements, construction techniques, and finishing details.
- **Sample Review**: Oversee the creation of garment samples and make necessary adjustments to improve design, fit, or functionality.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure that designs meet company standards for quality, functionality, and safety, particularly focusing on comfort and ease of wear for babies.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with pattern makers, production staff, and suppliers to ensure designs are executed to perfection.
- **Documentation**: Maintain transparent records of designs, patterns, and specifications for future reference and production needs.
- **Market Research**: Monitor customer feedback, competitor designs, and sales data to refine and improve garment designs over time.
