Job Overview

We are looking for passionate and creative Fashion Designers who are graduates or postgraduates from NIFT to join our growing design team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the complete design lifecycle—from concept development to final production—while collaborating closely with merchandising, sourcing, and production teams.

Freshers with strong portfolios and a keen design sensibility are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and develop seasonal fashion collections aligned with brand identity and market trends
• Create detailed sketches, tech packs, and design specifications for production
• Research and analyze current and emerging fashion trends, fabrics, colors, and silhouettes
• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories; coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Monitor and support sample development to ensure design accuracy and quality
• Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure timely and precise execution of designs
• Assist in fittings, design reviews, and necessary design modifications
• Participate in fashion shoots, exhibitions, and promotional or brand activities as required

Eligibility & Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Fashion Design from NIFT (Mandatory)
• 0–3 years of relevant industry experience (Freshers are welcome to apply)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and CorelDRAW
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and finishing techniques
• Good sketching ability and a strong aesthetic sense
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Strong communication, coordination, and time management skills

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Exposure to sustainable fashion practices or artisanal crafts
• Familiarity with fashion forecasting tools and trend analysis platforms
• Experience in coordinating with production units or sampling teams
