Fashion Content Creator (Full-Time)

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Fashion Content Creator & Social Media Manager to lead our digital storytelling across platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, a passion for fashion, and the ability to translate the brand's vision into engaging, high-impact content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualise, plan, and execute compelling content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns, aligned with the brand's identity and goals.
• Confidently present and appear on camera for reels, videos, product showcases, try-ons, launches, and live sessions, acting as a polished and relatable face of the brand when required.
• Write engaging captions, product descriptions, reel scripts, blogs, and campaign copy related to jewellery, fashion, and lifestyle.
• Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels, ensuring consistent posting and brand tone.
• Actively engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and building a strong community presence.
• Collaborate closely with designers, photographers, videographers, influencers, and the marketing team to maintain visual and narrative consistency.
• Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, festive collections, campaigns, and promotions.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform algorithms, competitor activity, and industry best practices to introduce fresh and innovative content ideas.
• Monitor content performance using insights and analytics, and optimise strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Support influencer collaborations, brand shoots, and campaigns from a content and storytelling perspective.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Prior experience in the fashion or jewellery industry with proven work in social media management, content creation, or digital campaigns.
• Strong understanding of fashion branding, trends and storytelling.
• Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of the camera with a pleasant, confident, and professional onscreen presence.
• Ability to articulate product stories clearly, highlighting design details, craftsmanship, and styling.
• Excellent visual sensibility and strong written and spoken communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam is a plus).
• knowledge of social media management tools and content creation platforms such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc is a plus.
• Highly organised, disciplined, and able to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced digital environment.
• Degree or diploma in Fashion, Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field preferred.
• Preferably based in Kerala or familiar with Kerala culture and audience sensibilities.

Work Details:

• Full-time, on-site position
• Studio timings: 10:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
• Location: Kochi
