The Teacher`s Academy has started a homegrown online brand, under the umbrella of Noorx Collective Pvt. Ltd., preparing to launch premium, unique unstitched Indian suits for women. We focus on beautiful fabrics, thoughtful presentation, and a strong customer experience. As an early-stage business, we are looking for someone who is excited to help build the brand from the ground up and grow with us over time. We are hiring a full-time.

Fashion brand reels and content Creator, based in Jalandhar, Punjab. This is a hands-on role for someone who is organized, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a mix of operational and customer-facing work.

You will support different parts of the business, including data tracking, content creation, website support, customer communication, packaging, and order coordination. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and wants broad experience in an online retail startup.

Key Responsibilities

Data and Business Support

- Maintain trackers on Excel or Google Sheets for inventory, website visits, social media performance, follower growth, reel performance, and other business data
- Organize and update information from Shopify, Instagram, Pinterest, WhatsApp, and other channels
- Support managers with clear and accurate data for business analysis, social media strategy, and inventory planning

Content, Website and Customer Support

- Shoot reels and click photos for the website, Instagram, and Pinterest
- Help with website maintenance on Shopify; training will be provided
- Support product uploads, updates, and general website tasks
- Reply to customer queries on WhatsApp and assist with other customer communication
- Help maintain a polished and premium brand presence online

Packaging and Operations

- Package orders according to Style with Saleeqa’s standards, or work with a team to ensure orders are packed accurately and beautifully
- Coordinate order pickups and shipment drop-offs
- Support smooth day-to-day operations in a growing startup setting
- Be willing to take on different tasks and wear multiple hats when needed

Requirements

- Candidate must be based in Jalandhar, Punjab
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Flair for aesthetic photography
- Good understanding of Excel or Google Sheets
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word
- Experience shooting reels is mandatory
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable with social media platforms such as Instagram and Pinterest
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
- Warm, professional, and easy to work with
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
