Job Summary

Olive Hospitality Consultancy is seeking a passionate and highly experienced F&B Service Trainer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing hospitality teams and ensuring the highest service standards across various hotel and restaurant projects in Kerala.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive restaurant service training for front-of-house staff.
• Implement and maintain standardized operational procedures (SOPs).
• Provide operational support during project phases.
• Travel: Travel extensively across Kerala to various client locations for project-based training.

Requirements (Mandatory)

• Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management is mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years in the Hotel & Restaurant industry.
• Expertise: Deep knowledge of restaurant service standards and staff development.
• Language: Fluency in Malayalam and English (preferred).
