Roles and Responsibilities

To work as Manager Transitions for outsourcing engagements

To manage internal / external client relationships during various stages of the transition

Perform due diligence, put together detailed transition plans and ensure successful execution as per the timelines

Drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives during transition.

Manage multiple transitions at the same time.

Should have Experience in Finance & Accounts Sector

Must Have Skills

Experience in working for leading international BPO is mandatory.

Should have good years of Transition experience.

Must have experience in F&A sector

Project Management Certification preferred
