Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Financial & Accounting Executive with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification to lead and manage our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and internal controls. You will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by providing accurate financial insights and ensuring adherence to statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Manage budgeting processes and monitor financial performance against targets
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for financial transactions
• Support senior management with financial planning and strategic initiatives
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
• Implement and improve financial systems and processes
