Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Faculty position in Marketing/Accounting at Alliance University Online division, located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. Responsibilities include designing and delivering online lectures, conducting research, supervising student projects, and engaging in curriculum development in the fields of marketing and accounting. The role also requires contributing to academic publications, fostering industry collaborations, mentoring students, and participating in institutional and community
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills
  • Online lecturing experience, content creation knowledge
  • Proven ability to contribute to curriculum development and innovative teaching practices
  • PhD in Marketing, Accounting, or a closely related field, with an active research portfolio
  • Experience in academic publishing and industry collaboration is an advantage
  • Knowledge of emerging trends in marketing and a commitment to fostering a dynamic learning environment
