You will be playing a key academic leadership role in teaching, research, curriculum development, and institutional growth within the Faculty of HR. Your strong academic background, proven research contributions, and ability to mentor faculty and students will be vital in contributing to academic administration and industry engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Human Resource Management following the prescribed curriculum.
- Mentor and guide students in research projects, dissertations, internships, and career development initiatives.
- Design, review, and update curriculum, teaching materials, case studies, and evaluation methods in alignment with UGC/AICTE guidelines and evolving industry practices.
- Lead and contribute to high-quality scholarly research, publications in refereed journals, and participation in national and international conferences.
- Promote industryacademia collaboration through workshops, guest lectures, research partnerships, and consultancy activities.
- Collaborate with faculty members for interdisciplinary teaching, research, and academic development programs.

Eligibility Criteria:
- PhD in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Industrial Relations, or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including 2 years post-Ph.D.
- At least 7 research publications in refereed journals as per UGC/AICTE norms.

Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong academic foundation with demonstrated teaching aptitude and/or research capability.
- Proficiency in analytical and research tools/software such as SPSS, R, Jamovi, or equivalent.
- Practical exposure to HR processes, policy formulation, or talent management will be an advantage.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
