Job Title: Factory Helper – LED Grow Light Manufacturing
We are looking for hardworking and reliable Factory Helpers to join our LED Grow Light manufacturing unit. The role involves supporting daily production activities and assisting the technical team in smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in assembly and production of LED Grow Lights
Handle raw materials and finished goods properly
Support packing, labeling, and dispatch activities
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
Help supervisors and technicians in day-to-day tasks

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
Prior factory experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Freshers are welcome
Physically fit and ready to work in a factory environment
