About the Role

Vansh Specialities is seeking a dedicated and experienced Factory Manager to lead operations at our newly established, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Kaman. This facility specializes in the production of high-quality animal feed supplements. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives on the factory floor, possesses a deep understanding of powder processing, and is adept at managing both people and technical systems to ensure smooth, compliant, and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end daily production activities on the factory floor, ensuring targets are met efficiently and safely.
- Powder Processing Oversight: Manage the handling, blending, and conveying of dry powders, ensuring optimal machinery operation and minimal wastage.
- Chemical Handling & Compliance: Supervise the safe storage, handling, and processing of specialized chemicals, vitamins, minerals, and additives used in nutritional supplements.
- Quality & Standard Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to FAMI-QS standards and maintain the integrity of cleanroom environments, including pressure gradients and hygiene protocols.
- Leadership & Workforce Management: Direct, motivate, and manage shift supervisors and factory workers. Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and high performance.
- Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate and rigorous production logs, batch manufacturing records (BMRs), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required for audits and compliance.
- ERP Utilization: Effectively utilize company ERP systems for production planning, inventory tracking, raw material management, and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 4 years of proven leadership experience working directly in a physical factory environment.
- Specialized Knowledge: Direct experience in powder processing and mixing is strictly required.
- Education: A degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biochemistry, Operations Management, or a related field is highly preferred. (An engineering degree is not required).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in using ERP software and managing complex technical documentation.
- Industry Familiarity: Prior experience handling chemicals, nutritional additives, or working in a GMP/FAMI-QS compliant setting is a significant advantage.
- Work Ethic: Must be willing to work a rigorous on-site schedule of 6 days a week, 10 hours per day.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
