Qualification : Graduation / Diploma in Textiles.

Experience :Min 10 -15 Years in Knitted garments Export industry

Salary ;60K TO 80K (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Job Description :

Scope of Work;

1.Being responsible for achieving shipment in time

2.Being Responsible for increase and maintain overall area efficiency to achieve the company profitability.

Responsibilites:

1.Involve with relevant dept’s to play a vital role for a smooth production flow i.e., production and shipment planning, Embellishment planning etc…

2.Developing and implementing innovative strategies to streamline factory operations

3.Follow up for order forecast, bulk sewing trims, special accessories, tracking fabric in house dates,

size set and bulk patterns and Pre Production Meeting discussions.

4.Control line production input and output to meet the daily forecast given in the production plan.

5.Organise Pre production meeting and activities to discuss and resolve the issues

6.Achieve shipments on time by achieving daily production forecast in coordination with QAM and ensure shipments are cleared

7.Coordinate with quality manager and QA team for reducing the reduction plan

8.Preparing production reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis and submitting them to key decision-makers

9.Regularly inspecting finished products to determine whether they meet established quality standards

10.Negotiate with contractor and finalising the rates as per costing dept

11.Ensure contractor bills are verified and submitted on time.

12.Ensures that shop floor, machinery should neat and clean housekeeping and discipline in the line.

13.Ensure 100% Machine utilisation and reduce Manpower absenteeism and reduce the attrition percentage

14.Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets and involve in operator skill development
