Role Description

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Full-Time Content Creator (Social Media & Reels) to join our team on-site in Mohali, India. In this role, you will develop and execute content strategies for social media, create short, engaging videos such as reels, and manage content calendars across various platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include brainstorming and scripting ideas, shooting and editing video content, monitoring trends, and analyzing engagement metrics to optimize future campaigns. As part of a cross-functional team, you will collaborate with designers, marketers, and clients to deliver impactful digital content that aligns with our marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Content Creation, storytelling, and copywriting expertise with a focus on social media platforms.
• Proficiency in video editing tools and software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile video editing apps.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms, particularly for Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Experience in crafting and executing content calendars and campaigns.
• Familiarity with basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite to create graphics and visuals.
• Ability to analyze content performance metrics, derive actionable insights, and optimize strategy accordingly.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• A passion for creating engaging and visually appealing content tailored to target audiences.
• Background in marketing, media studies, or a related field is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus.
