Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research food importers, distributors, and wholesalers in UAE & GCC
Build verified lead databases (email, LinkedIn, phone, company details)
Conduct cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling
Handle follow-ups and nurture leads professionally
Schedule virtual meetings with interested buyers
Coordinate with internal team for pricing, samples, and documentation
Maintain CRM / Excel reports of outreach and pipeline
Drive conversations from first contact to sample dispatch stage

Candidate Profile:
2–5+ years experience in export sales / business development
Proven experience in UAE or GCC food market preferred
Strong cold calling and email outreach skills
Confident communicator in English
Experience with LinkedIn lead generation
Self-driven, target-oriented mindset
Knowledge of food export documentation is an advantage

Performance Expectations:
Generate 300–400 new leads per month
15–25 qualified buyer conversations per month
5–10 serious distributor discussions monthly
Weekly reporting of pipeline status

Fixed salary (based on experience)
