Job Responsibilities:
1. Plan, coordinate and supervise the packing of export shipments, including selecting appropriate packaging materials and methods.

2. Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations, such as ISPM-15, and customer-specific requirements.

3. Verify the accuracy and completeness of export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

4. Conduct regular inspections of packed shipments to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.

5. Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve any issues or discrepancies related to export packing.

6. Maintain accurate records of export shipments, including packing lists, weight, and measurement details.

7. Implement and maintain a safe and efficient packing process, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

8. Train and supervise packing staff to ensure they are aware of and comply with export packing regulations and procedures.

Requirements Of the Role: - Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Knowledge of international shipping regulations and export documentation requirements. Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills. Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
