We are hiring a high-performance Expert Telecaller who knows how to close. This is not a customer support role — it is a sales closing role. You will speak with warm leads, follow up on prospects, pitch our e-commerce products and convert inquiries into confirmed orders. Every conversion earns you an incentive. Key responsibilities

• Call warm and pre-qualified leads generated through our e-commerce platform and digital campaigns.
• Pitch, persuade and close sales of our product catalogue — every call must be driven towards conversion.
• Follow up consistently on prospects who did not convert on the first call — persistence is key.
• Handle objections confidently and guide the customer to a buying decision.
• Achieve and exceed daily call targets and monthly sales closure targets without fail.
• Update all call outcomes, lead status and order confirmations in the CRM system in real time.
• Recover abandoned carts and re-engage lapsed customers for repeat purchases.
• Stay sharp on product knowledge, pricing, active offers and platform promotions.
• Share daily performance summary with the team lead — full transparency expected.

Who should apply

• You have a proven track record of closing sales over the phone — not just talking, but converting.

• You have 2+ years in telecalling, preferably in e-commerce, D2C or online retail sales.
• You communicate clearly and confidently in Hindi and/or English.

Required skills

• Strong closing ability — objection handling, urgency creation and deal sealing on call.
• Experience using CRM tools, order management systems or sales tracking sheets.
• High energy, positive attitude and resilience to handle rejection without losing momentum.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms — Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify or similar.
• Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace and a good headset for WFH setup.
• Graduate in any discipline (BBA / B.Com / MBA in Sales preferred).

Pay: ₹8,805.97 - ₹29,013.04 per month
