Job Overview As a Virtual Customer Service Representative at Talvora, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional support to customers via phone, chat, or email. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and professional support to Jobtrix customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate and clear information, offering solutions, and addressing inquiries with empathy Manage customer interactions with a focus on first-contact resolution Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all customer communications Utilize multiple systems to access customer information and deliver solutions efficiently Work independently and efficiently while adhering to company guidelines and performance metrics Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as previous customer service experience.
