Your duties will include managing shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving issues from various regions within the company, identifying and resolving errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, monitoring and tracking records, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create effective solutions to resolve problems.
