Design Execution

Create visual assets such as illustrations, icons, motifs, patterns, color palettes, accents, and storyboards for animation . Collaborate closely with UX designers to define visual concepts, styles, and design directions .

Communication & Collaboration Work hand-in-hand with UX designers to ensure visuals integrate seamlessly into the overall experience.

Ownership & Discipline Be a cleanliness freak when it comes to design files. Follow design processes and best practices to ensure consistency and quality. Always aim higher, refine further, and design better. A graduate in Visual Communication or a related design discipline from a recognized design college. Prior experience as a Visual Designer or in a similar creative role, with a minimum of 3 years of full-time experience, backed by a strong portfolio that speaks for your work. Brownie points if you’re acquainted with Figma. Your designs will represent us in the market, so an understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to translate them into visually appealing designs is highly valued. A solution-centric mindset paired with a creative personality is the perfect match for this role. Change is the only constant, even in design. The ability to evolve, adapt, and upskill based on project requirements is essential.
