We are looking for a Visual Designer for our UI/UX team who understands how the world of design works (with functionality and aesthetics working side by side). Design Execution Create visual assets such as illustrations, icons, motifs, patterns, color palettes, accents, and storyboards for animation . Collaborate closely with UX designers to define visual concepts, styles, and design directions . Design Communication & Collaboration Work hand-in-hand with UX designers to ensure visuals integrate seamlessly into the overall experience. Design Ownership & Discipline Be a cleanliness freak when it comes to design files. Follow design processes and best practices to ensure consistency and quality. Always aim higher, refine further, and design better. A graduate in Visual Communication or a related design discipline from a recognized design college. Prior experience as a Visual Designer or in a similar creative role, with a minimum of 3 years of full-time experience, backed by a strong portfolio that speaks for your work. Brownie points if you’re acquainted with Figma. Your designs will represent us in the market, so an understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to translate them into visually appealing designs is highly valued.
