Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Data Entry Assistant at Flexionis, you will be responsible for entering orders into the system, researching, verifying, and retrieving data, as well as ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded. Key Responsibilities Assist and train employees and new order entry operators on software programs, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth onboarding process Create backup files for all data, ensuring that information is secure and easily accessible Comply with all regulatory requirements, staying up-to-date on industry standards and best practices Enter data for initial title order according to proper process and procedures, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy Enter, update, and verify data into various systems for use by all personnel, ensuring that information is current and reliable Transfer title orders to the correct title abstractor, coordinating with team members to ensure efficient workflow Track documents received and completion dates, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement Request abstracts, surveys, and UCCs as needed, communicating effectively with external parties to obtain necessary information Ensure compliance with all regulations, adhering to Jobtrix's high standards of quality and integrity Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Provide assistance to technical staff to resolve computer and software problems, troubleshooting issues and finding solutions Understand, follow, and stay current on all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and development Follow instructions and respond to management direction, being open to feedback and guidance Identify and communicate areas of improvement regarding operations to management, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures Perform other tasks, duties, or projects as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Run and distribute reports, providing insights and analysis to support business decisions Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and external parties Basic proficiency with Remotica Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems Ability to comprehend and write instructions, correspondence, and memos with proper punctuation, spelling, and grammar Ability to deliver superior customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Highly organized with strong attention to detail, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following preferred qualifications will be advantageous in this role: Previous experience in data entry or a related field, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency Familiarity with title operations and data management systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interper
