Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing valuable insights for continuous improvement. Document and track customer interactions to contribute valuable insights for continuous improvement, identifying trends and areas for growth. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and updates, attending training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and expertise. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach, as well as the ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential, along with proficiency in using customer support tools and systems. Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a significant plus, but we're also open to training the right candidate.
