About the Role:Were looking for a digitally sharp marketer to drive campaigns and performance marketing across Star Quik (Delivery App), MyStar (Loyalty App) and marketing support for Star Stores. This role requires strong hands-on experience with digital platforms and campaign execution, along with the ability to analyze data, create scalable campaign trackers, and drive insights to optimize performance. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Lead and cross-functional teams like Product, Retail, CRM, Agencies, and Media Platforms to support app growth, user acquisition, retention, and measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other paid platforms. • Work with CRM and product teams to drive notification and retention journeys across platforms (push, SMS, WhatsApp, email). • Track daily campaign performance and user funnel metrics, leveraging platforms like CleverTap, Adjust, Mixpanel, Firebase, Google Analytics etc. • Support Star Quik and MyStar App growth metrics such as installs, repeat usage, CAC, CPR, ROAS, LTV. • Manage coordination with performance agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign delivery meets expected efficiency and quality benchmarks. • Create weekly/monthly business reports highlighting performance trends, learnings, creative insights & optimizations. • Work closely on creatives and brand guidelines to ensure communication consistency across paid, owned & earned touchpoints. • Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, campaign calendars, and reporting structures. • Execute in-store / regional digital campaigns supporting offline store promotions. • Prepare presentations and business decks for leadership reviews. Required Skills & Experience • 24 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (preferred: digital/performance agency background). • Working experience with: o Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager o CleverTap / MoEngage / WebEngage o Mixpanel / Adjust / Firebase o GA4 or equivalent analytics platform Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into action. • Proficiency in creating business presentations and performance dashboards (PowerPoint Excel/Sheets). • Understanding of user funnel measurements: CAC, CTR, CR, ROAS, AOV, retention metrics, uninstall rate, etc. Who You Are • Curious, data-driven, execution-focused, and detail
