Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Executive - Social Media Marketing to manage and grow our brand’s online presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, influencer coordination and organizing photo/video shoots.

You will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies to increase engagement, followers and brand visibility, while working closely with the marketing and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily posting, scheduling and engagement across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube
• Plan monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and seasonal trends
• Write compelling captions, hashtags and copy that align with the brand voice
• Arrange and coordinate photo/video shoots — including concept planning, location and managing timelines
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, models and in-house teams for shoots
• Identify and contact influencers for collaborations, barter deals and paid partnerships
• Manage influencer communication, content approvals, timelines and deliverables
• Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
• Create basic reports with insights and suggestions for improvement
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm updates and competitor activity
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and DMs professionally and timely
• Support with paid promotions setup and basic ad targeting (preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
