Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and driven professionals to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to handle the end-to-end recruitment process efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Sourcing & Screening: Identify, source, and evaluate potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, referrals, headhunting, and competitor mapping.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cyclefrom sourcing to onboarding.
  • Client Interaction & Coordination: Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of requirements.
  • Market Research & Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, market mapping, and competitor analysis.
  • Volume Hiring & Revenue Generation: Handle bulk hiring requirements while contributing to business growth.
  • Interviewing & Offer Negotiation: Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, negotiate compensation, and facilitate smooth hiring.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate records of hiring activities and candidate progress in the database.
  • Follow-ups & Onboarding: Coordinate interviews, follow up with clients and candidates, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

  • Desired Candidate Profile
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other hiring tools.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Prior experience in staffing/recruitment consultancy is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and take strategic decisions.
  • Experience in bulk hiring and recruitment management.
  • Strong understanding of staffing solutions and various recruitment methodologies.
