  • *Key Responsibilities:**

  • · Coordinate Site Visits: Arrange and schedule site visits in collaboration with local dealers and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding of project requirements.

    · Conduct Site Recce: Perform thorough site reconnaissance following a predefined format to gather essential information and assess project feasibility.

    · Monitor Site Activities: Oversee site operations to ensure adherence to predefined scope of work, quality standards, and safety regulations.

    · Compile Site Survey Reports: Prepare comprehensive site survey reports in the required format and submit them to relevant teams or individuals for further action.

    · Manage Vendor Coordination: Facilitate communication and coordination with vendors from the initial site visit to the final execution phase of the project.

    · Perform Quality Control Checks: Conduct initial quality control checks on vendor deliverables to maintain consistency and accuracy before distribution to other teams or departments.

    · Monitor Vendor Timelines: Track and monitor vendor timelines and progress to ensure timely completion of project milestones and deliverables.

    · Understand Brand Guidelines: Develop a fundamental understanding of brand guidelines pertinent to the client being serviced to ensure alignment with project objectives.

    · Collect Recce Documents: Collect and organize all necessary documents related to site reconnaissance and coordinate efforts among multiple vendors and regional teams.

    · On-Site Coordination: Take responsibility for on-site coordination between vendors and the project team to address any issues or concerns promptly.

    · Conduct Quality Control Assessments: Conduct pre and post-project execution quality control assessments both at the site and vendor facilities to uphold quality standards.

    · Acquire Material Knowledge: Gain knowledge of basic materials and their application within the project scope to facilitate informed decision-making and problem-solving.
  • *Requirements:**

· ITI Diploma Holder Preferred

· 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or management.

· Working knowledge of project management principles and practices.

· Ability to perform site recce and quality control checks.

· Understanding of brand guidelines and material applications.

· Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
