As an Executive - Project Management at BYLD Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of our company's ongoing projects. Your role will involve coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors, ensuring project delivery within specified timelines and budget constraints. Your experience in project management and leadership skills will be crucial in managing project teams of various sizes effectively.
  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • - Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure projects are executed flawlessly
    - Ensure timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance for all projects
    - Define project scope and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring technical feasibility
    - Allocate and manage resources effectively
    - Develop and monitor detailed project plans to track progress
    - Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
    - Utilize tools and techniques to measure project performance
    - Report progress to management and escalate issues as necessary
    - Manage client and stakeholder relationships
    - Conduct risk management to minimize project risks
    - Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
    - Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
    - Delegate project tasks based on team members' strengths and experience levels
    - Analyze project performance against short and long-term goals
    - Meet budget objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
    - Develop detailed project plans for client communication and internal reference
    - Continuously enhance leadership skills and stay updated through conferences and training
    - Maintain proficiency through professional development opportunities
    - Perform additional duties as assigned
    - Document project requirements using spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps
  • *Qualifications Required:**
  • - Proven experience in project management
    - Strong client-facing and internal communication skills
    - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    - Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • *Pedigree:**
  • - Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field
    - Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
