Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Office Assistant based in Mohali district. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative activities, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining office supplies, and supporting various clerical tasks. The Executive Office Assistant will also assist in coordinating communication between different departments, managing office equipment, and ensuring smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
  • Experience with Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
  • Ability to operate and maintain Office Equipment effectively
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and record-keeping
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Administration or a related field is an advantage
  • Experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
