<\/span><\/div>Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
<\/span><\/li>Handling escalated customer complaints and finding effective solutions.
<\/span><\/li>Providing product information and assistance to customers.
<\/span><\/li>Monitoring customer feedback and suggesting improvements to enhance the customer experience.
<\/span><\/li>Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
<\/span><\/li>Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation.
<\/span><\/li>Assisting with training and mentoring new customer service representatives.
<\/span><\/li>Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve customer service processes.

Requirements<\/h3>
Qualifications<\/b>:

<\/div>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.<\/span>
<\/li>At least 0 -2 year of experience in a customer service role.<\/span>
