Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for an Executive - B2C Sales. Responsibilities include identifying and engaging prospective customers, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and delivering targets through effective client relationship management. The candidate will conduct market research, maximize sales opportunities through consultative selling, and provide ongoing product or service knowledge to customers. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interaction and sales activities to ensure a seamless process for all stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in B2C Sales and excellent client relationship management skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities
  • Proficiency in market research and understanding customer needs
  • Ability to meet targets and manage sales pipelines effectively
  • Adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and a proactive approach to tasks
  • Knowledge of the recruitment or training landscape is a plus
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
