Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to the Managing Director who will closely support the MD in managing business operations, coordination, and strategic activities. The role requires flexibility, discretion, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent travel.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Managing Director.
  • Manage meetings, appointments, travel schedules, and business correspondence.
  • Accompany the Managing Director for business meetings, site visits, and official travel when required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes, and follow-ups on key action items.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Assist in project coordination, documentation, and task monitoring.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the Managing Director and different departments.
  • Requirements
  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel and field visits.
  • Ability to work flexible hours based on business requirements (role is responsibility-based rather than fixed working hours).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and documentation.

  • Experience in real estate, corporate office, or executive support roles.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

  • Important Note
  • Travelling is a mandatory part of this role.
