Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative Fashion Designer specializing in men’s ethnic accessories. The role involves designing innovative, culturally inspired accessories that complement men’s ethnic wear collections, with a strong focus on aesthetics, craftsmanship, and market trends.

We are looking for a creative Fashion Designer specializing in men’s ethnic accessories who can not only design but also ensure timely sourcing and procurement of materials as per design needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop men’s ethnic accessories such as brooches, pocket squares, batton and ethnic jewelry
  • Research fashion trends, cultural influences, and customer preferences in the ethnic accessories segment
  • Work closely with Designer and Procurement In Charge and vendors for Ethnic Assessaries
  • Track competitor offerings and market pricing
  • Ensure quality, finish, and consistency in all designs
  • Coordinate with apparel design and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive collections.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and artisans to ensure timely delivery of materials
  • Manage sourcing within budget while maintaining quality standards
  • Follow up on orders and ensure availability of materials for sampling and bulk production
  • Collaborate with production and merchandising teams for smooth workflow
  • Maintain records of suppliers, pricing, and purchase timelines

  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or Accessory Design
  • Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW
  • Strong understanding of Indian textiles, materials, and traditional craft techniques
  • Knowledge of accessory construction and finishing techniques
  • Creative thinking with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of sourcing and vendor management
  • Understanding of fabrics, trims, and accessory materials
  • Strong planning and time management skills
  • Negotiation and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and quality

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in men’s ethnic or wedding accessories
  • Familiarity with crafts like zardozi, gota patti, hand embroidery, and weaving
  • Experience working with local artisans and handicraft clusters

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
