.Who Can Apply

• M.Com or MBA Graduates from any stream (freshers or up to 12 months of experience)
• Comfortable working in night shifts (US process)
• Confident, self-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment Required Skills* Active listening and ability to understand customer concerns
• Fluent English communication (verbal)* Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
• Basic internet research capability
• Basic calculations for account reconciliations
