Role Description

This is a part-time full-time, on-site role located in Sangli for an Events Freelancer at Swaransh Events & Management. The role involves planning, organizing, and coordinating events, engaging with clients to understand their requirements, promoting events to ensure maximum reach and impact, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role may include assisting with sales and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Event Planning and Event Marketing, with the ability to coordinate event logistics and promotional activities effectively
• Excellent Customer Service and strong Communication skills to engage professionally with clients, vendors, and team members
• Sales skills to identify potential opportunities and build lasting relationships with clients
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities for managing multiple aspects of events simultaneously
• Proficiency in working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the local event management industry and market trends is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
