Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for an Event Sponsorship Manager. The role involves identifying and securing sponsorship opportunities for sports events, managing sponsor relationships, and creating tailored sponsorship packages. The Event Sponsorship Manager will collaborate with the event management team to enhance sponsor visibility and ensure fulfillment of agreements. Other responsibilities include overseeing budgets, preparing reports, and supporting marketing initiatives tied to sponsorships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Event Marketing and promoting brand partnerships effectively.
• Strong Communication skills, including negotiation and stakeholder engagement.
• Hands-on experience with Event Management and oversight of logistics and operations.
• Proven ability in Event Planning with a focus on organizing sponsorship-driven initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Budgeting and ensuring financial sustainability for events.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience working in sports, events, or sponsorship roles is highly preferred.
