Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Planner based in Jintur. The Event Planner will be responsible for designing, organizing, and executing custom events. Daily tasks include coordinating with clients, managing vendors, creating schedules and timelines, organizing budgets, and ensuring the seamless execution of events. Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication with stakeholders and meeting pre-determined event objectives while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients, vendors, and team members
• Expertise in Event Planning and Event Management to organize and oversee diverse event types
• Proficiency in Budgeting to ensure cost-effective planning and use of resources
• Sales skills to foster client relationships and provide appropriate solutions within budget constraints
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
• Prior experience in the events or hospitality industry is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred
