  • Handle complete production planning from concept to execution.
  • Oversee fabrication, branding, stage setup, sound, light, LED, and technical requirements.
  • Conduct site recce and feasibility analysis.
  • Source, negotiate, and manage vendors (fabricators, AV teams, artists, logistics, etc.)
  • Ensure quality control and timely delivery.
  • Supervise production crew and on-ground staff.
  • Coordinate closely with creative and client servicing teams.
  • Negotiate vendor pricing to maintain profitability.
  • Manage transportation, permissions, manpower, and material movement.
  • Handle on-site execution and troubleshoot real-time issues.
  • Maintain event quality standards.
