Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Intern located in Bhopal. The Event Intern will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, ensuring adherence to client expectations. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, supporting communication efforts, contributing to event marketing initiatives, and offering on-ground assistance during events. The intern will also collaborate with the team to manage vendor relationships, monitor event progress, and handle any on-site challenges. This position offers hands-on experience, perfect for those eager to begin their careers in the events industry.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and vendors
• Knowledge of Event Planning and coordination processes
• Familiarity with Event Marketing strategies to help promote events
• Basic experience or interest in Sales to assist with client proposals or packages
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure during events
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Some prior event coordination experience is a plus but not mandatory
• Pursuing a degree or recently graduated in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields is beneficial
