​About the Role

Shadi Crafted is a premium wedding and event management company specializing in luxury celebrations. We are seeking a dynamic and creative Event Coordinator to plan and execute high-end wedding events. The ideal candidate will have strong coordination skills and the ability to manage both clients and vendors efficiently.

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Plan and coordinate wedding events and related functions from start to finish.
• ​Communicate directly with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and requirements.
• ​Manage and coordinate with external vendors, including decorators, caterers, and photographers.
• ​Assist in event concept creation and creative planning.
• ​Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure seamless operations.
• ​Resolve any issues during events to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

​Requirements:

• ​Prior experience in event management, wedding planning, or the hospitality industry.
• ​Experience specifically with luxury weddings or large-scale events is preferred.
• ​Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ​Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities.
• ​Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• ​Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or Business is preferred.
