Role Overview:
You will be part of the Customer Support Team - Administrative Area, dedicated to providing support and application consultancy on administrative and accounting modules of our ERP OPUS. Your main focus will be to ensure timely and qualified support to clients, guiding them in managing administrative processes and ensuring excellent service with a continuous improvement perspective.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing support and assistance to clients on administrative and accounting issues related to the ERP OPUS
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting activities on client feedback
- Analyzing critical issues and identifying effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Managing incoming tickets, prioritizing and meeting deadlines
- Collaborating with the team to share best practices and continuously improve service

Qualifications Required:
- Diploma or Degree, preferably in the economic-administrative field
- Preferably at least 2 years of professional experience in customer support or application support roles in the administrative area
- Good knowledge of administrative and accounting processes
- Interest and sensitivity towards ERP and management systems
- Customer-oriented and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English language

Location and Contract Details:
Contract type, remuneration, and level of classification will be based on experience.
Location: MANTOVA (MN)
Candidates must have their own transportation to reach the workplace.
Availability for occasional short trips to client sites in neighboring areas may be required.
