As an Oracle NetSuite Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing the NetSuite platform to support core financial, operational, and business processes. This role requires a strong blend of NetSuite functional knowledge and technical administration capabilities. You will work closely with Finance, Operations, and cross-functional IT teams to ensure the system meets business needs while maintaining stability, data accuracy, and scalability.

- Manage day-to-day administration of Oracle NetSuite including configuration, user access, roles, permissions, and system controls.
- Collaborate with Finance and Operations stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Support functional areas including Order Management, Billing, Customer Data, Finance, Procurement, and Inventory.
- Configure and enhance NetSuite modules, workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, and forms.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure stability and data integrity.
- Assist with NetSuite upgrades, new feature evaluation, and deployment of enhancements.
- Partner with integration teams to support data flows between NetSuite and other enterprise systems.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Provide end-user training and support to drive adoption and ensure efficient system usage.

- 6+ years of experience administering Oracle NetSuite, with strong functional understanding.
- Hands-on experience configuring NetSuite modules such as Order Management, Billing, Customer Data, Finance, and Operational workflows.
- Proficiency with saved searches, reports, SuiteFlow workflows, forms, and dashboards.
- Understanding of NetSuite best practices, governance, and optimization techniques.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional system specifications.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, ERP, CRM, and Integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
