Responsibilities
  • Exposure/experience migrating to/from Workday Time tracking, preferable from UKG Kronos
  • Ability to configure and resolve issues related to global time entry items like: Web time entry, Calendar view entry, Time entry against projects, Administrator-defined scheduling etc.,
  • Resolve issues/incidents pertaining to in/out, units, required/optional worktags etc.,
  • Experience working on configurations and resolving issues related to Mobile/Web clocks such as Check-in & checkout, Geofencing capabilities, Employee activity history etc.,
  • APIs to integrate with physical time clocks and other time clock systems like Dormakaba
  • Experience working on configurations with respect to calculations related to Payroll, Over time, holidays, shift differential, predictive scheduling, etc.,
  • Working experience or good understanding on Workday Time tracking integration with other Workday modules of Workday Human Capital Management, Workday Payroll, Workday Absence Management etc.,
  • Ability to learn new systems and work on configurations pertaining to Scheduling, clock management etc.,
  • Integration build and maintenance
  • Change Control process of requests through migration to Production tenants
  • Assist with resolution of issues, tracks issues and provides updates to peers, leadership and clients with minimum supervision
  • Supports any application upgrades, maintenance, security, access
  • Monitoring interface errors
  • Monitor integration schedules to ensure not failures or issues
  • Monitor ServiceNow queue for urgent requests and ticket assignments
  • Work directly with Client & Informatics to document requirements & expected results
  • Ability to write queries, reports and work with dashboards to support end user needs

  • SKILLS

    Must have
  • 4+ years of Workday Time Tracking experience,
  • Kronos support experience with Kronos Workforce Central or Kronos Workforce Management (Dimensions)
  • 2+ years Pay Practice Builds (Pay rules, Accruals, Work rules, Adjustment rules)
  • 2+ years Advanced scheduling build and support
