About the Role

Manager is responsible for providing direction and support for all EH&S; activities, including implementation, monitoring, and review of C&W; compliance/performance.

Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation and governance of EH&S; programs across U.S. Asset Services sites
- Champion a solid, visible safety culture and effectively communicate EH&S; expectations and operating philosophies
- Identify potential hazards and loss exposures; assess risk and develop corrective and preventive action plans
- Develop, maintain, and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safe work practices and equipment
- Coordinate regulatory inspections and audits; ensure prompt closure of findings and deficiencies.
- Partner with Regional Engineering Leaders and site management on monthly safety inspections and compliance activities
- Maintain EH&S; documentation, permits, and records in accordance with OSHA and regulatory requirements
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; conduct field audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Support Workers' Compensation claim management, investigations, and return to work initiatives
- Collaborate with WC Program Managers and benefits teams on injury management and rehabilitation
- Ensure compliance with EH&S; recordkeeping requirements, including training, auditing, medical, and OSHA documentation
- Participate in site inspections and third party audits to verify compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Develop and maintain an online safety training platform aligned with industry standards and OSHA requirements
- Collaborate with global and cross functional EH&S; teams to implement enterprise wide initiatives
- Support sites in developing Emergency Procedur
