JOB SUMMARY

We are hiring candidates for Digital Marketing Executive, Counselor and Front Office Executive roles to handle customer interactions, provide service information, and support daily communication with clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer calls and inquiries.

Provide information about services and assist clients.

Maintain records of customer interactions and visitors.

Support front office and coordinate with internal teams

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Educational Qualification: Any Graduates (Freshers can also apply)

REQUIRED SKILLS

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR tools.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
