Bain & Company is hiring for the role of Enterprise Technology Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Quick ramp-up ability. Identify and employ relevant research sources and analytical tools
• Ensure timely, high-quality, zero-defect research, analysis and output produced by the analysts
• Understand client needs and situations and adapt to case expectations
• Generate and screen realistic answers based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions
• Learn how to make businesses more valuable and responsible for generating specific industry or company insights, to support global Bain case teams, client development teams and industry practices
• Take responsibility for assigned work streams and generate hypotheses. Effectively understand the work plan and execute it (includes industry research, preparing presentations, data analysis and other initiatives)
• Identify and apply the relevant analytical tools for one's own work stream. Ensure zero-defect analysis in own work stream, ensuring key questions are answered in a timely manner
• Understand client needs and situations and adapt to case expectations
• Communicate data, knowledge and insight to the entire team. Generate and screen realistic solutions based on sound reality checks and recommend actionable solutions
• Deliver clear and professional presentations to the team/team leaders/managers
• Consistently seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions; recognise different skills and development needs in oneself, and work towards them

Requirements:

• Candidates should be graduates / post-graduates with a strong academic record
• Work experience range in case the highest qualification is undergraduate studies – 2-5 years of relevant experience in a professional services context
• Work experience range in case the highest qualification is postgraduate studies – 0-3 years of relevant experience in a professional services context
• Ideal candidates have a strong consulting mindset and have contributed to client-facing engagements in areas such as Enterprise Architecture, technology modernisation, Tech strategy, Process excellence and automation, Tech cost optimisation, Application portfolio rationalization etc.
• Exposure to industry frameworks of Enterprise Architecture, e.g., TOGAF, DODAF, would be a plus
• Experience in digital transformation delivery, experience using specific project management tools in large IT transformations, such as Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, LeanIX
• You’ll help design and deploy scalable technology solutions, leverage advanced LLMs like ChatGPT, and implement autonomous agents to drive measurable business value
• Knowledge of using and deploying automation in Digital transformation projects to improve efficiency. Knowledge of advanced GenAI is a plus
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, Alteryx and Tableau & languages such as python SQL are required
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
