Role Description

Tape Cassette® is looking for an enterprise salesperson to join our team in Coimbatore or Bangalore.

This is a full-time on-site role focused on building relationships with businesses that need powerful communication tools through video.

The enterprise salesperson will be responsible for identifying organisations that can benefit from corporate communication films and video assets, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and guiding them toward solutions that solve real communication challenges.

The role requires strong relationship-building, business understanding, and the ability to translate creative services into measurable value for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential corporate clients across industries that require communication, branding, training, or leadership storytelling solutions.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with founders, marketing leaders, HR heads, and decision-makers.

Understand client challenges and recommend appropriate visual communication solutions such as corporate films, training videos, leadership messages, or brand storytelling.

Manage the sales cycle from lead generation and client meetings to proposal discussions and deal closure.

Work closely with the creative and production teams to ensure client expectations and project scope are clearly aligned.

Maintain accurate client records and track sales activities using CRM tools.

Achieve and exceed defined revenue targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Represent Tape Cassette® professionally in meetings, presentations, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with business leaders.

Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management.

Ability to understand business problems and position creative solutions effectively.

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and opportunities.

Experience using Excel/CRM tools and structured sales processes is a plus.

A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field and proven use of it is a plus.

Prior exposure to the media, advertising, marketing, or creative services industries is an advantage.

Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn about corporate communication and storytelling.
