Job role: Enterprise Sales

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the B2B technology or retail solution space.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and securing high-value deals in a competitive environment.

  • In-depth understanding of omni- channel retail solutions and their impact on business performance.

  • Strong understanding of the Indian retail landscape and its current challenges.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients at all levels.

  • Strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to sales.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's degree or masters.

  • Should be proficient in English and Kannada

  • Experience in selling billing software is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in lead generation techniques and market research, with a keen eye for identifying potential clients and opportunities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

  • Experience with CRM platforms, particularly LeadSquared, for lead management and tracking.

  • Openness to receiving training and coaching to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

  • Strong rapport-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Good to have experience in both inside and outside sales.

  • Demonstrated ability in leads generation, objection handling, and conflict resolution.

  • Consistent track record of meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations.

  • Thorough understanding of billing software and the ability to convey its value proposition effectively to clients.
