You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and revenue growth by selling Vasitum's SaaS-based recruitment solutions to enterprise clients in the Middle East. Your role will involve owning the complete sales cycle, which includes lead generation, solution demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Additionally, you will be required to build and nurture strong relationships with CHROs, HR leaders, CXOs, and procurement heads. Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts will also be part of your key responsibilities. Collaboration with product and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction is crucial. Tracking market trends, competitors, and customer requirements to refine sales strategies will be essential for success. You will be expected to consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Qualifications Required:
- 510 years of proven SaaS/Enterprise sales experience, preferably in HR Tech, Recruitment Tech, or related SaaS platforms.
- Prior exposure to selling in the Middle East market is mandatory.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders such as CXOs and HR leaders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup ecosystem.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, or related field is preferred.
