Hiring: ERP Systems Analyst (ERP / EDP)

📍 Location: Dehradun (HO)

📍 Travel Required: Project Sites (ERP Implementation)

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for an experienced ERP Systems Analyst to lead the implementation, support, and optimization of our ERP system across multiple project sites.

The ideal candidate will work closely with site teams and management to ensure smooth ERP adoption and efficient business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support ERP systems across project sites


• Monitor, troubleshoot and maintain ERP/EDP systems


• Analyse operational processes and optimize them through ERP solutions


• Coordinate between site teams, management, and IT teams for ERP implementation


• Provide training and support to users on ERP modules


• Ensure accuracy and integrity of ERP data

ERP Modules Exposure

Experience in handling ERP modules such as:

• HR & Payroll
• Store & Inventory
• Purchase
• Billing
• Muster Roll
• Finance
• Plant & Machinery (P&M)

Required Skills

• ERP Implementation & Support
• ERP / SAP / Construction ERP systems
• Data Mapping & Data Migration
• System Administration
• ERP Troubleshooting
• MS Excel & Reporting

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination ability
• Ability to train teams and manage site-level implementation

Qualifications

• B.Tech – Computer Science / IT / Electronics & Communication
• Experience: 4+ years in ERP implementation, support or EDP
